Welcome to the Beach Run Series 2018/2019! Pennine Events is delighted to bring to you this brand new series that will see you test yourself on beach terrain over a 12-month period. This fully timed event series will give you the opportunity to see exactly how you are improving from season to season and year to year. Join up and take part in one, two, three, or four Beach Runs from Summer 2018 to Spring 2019.
This series of events will take place at Crosby Beach, Merseyside and follows the successful Winter Beach Run in 2017. Starting on Sunday August 19th the first participants will enjoy the course in the warmth of Summer, a great opportunity to see what you are made of during the warmest time of year. We will follow it up with a cooler Autumn run on Sunday November 18th 2018, a very wintery run on February 17th 2019, and you can expect to see a marked improvement in your run time (and the temperature!) by the Spring Beach Run on May 12th 2019!
Who Does What?
Pennine Events - Offers your charity the opportunity to get discounted places for your fundraisers and the chance to pay for their places after the event has taken place. Benefits of being a charity partner of the event:
Your charity will be given 20% discount for your fundraisers.
Pay after the event for the places used.
Logo presence and a brief description about your charity on the dedicated Charity Partner page on the event website.
Opportunity to have a presence on the event day - bring a marquee to the event and assistance with identifying cheer points if requested
Your Charity - You will be required to send us your logo, website link and a brief description of your charity to add to the event website. You then have the opportunity to take a marquee space at the event and bring assistance with identifying cheer points if requested. You are free to hand out your charity merchandise to your fundraisers pre-event, during or post event i.e goody bags, charity branded clothing, completion certificates etc.
